The NCC organised a pavilion tour and dinner for local editors-in-chiefs, and regional and international media on the side-lines of Bahraini Day at Expo Dubai 2020.


The National Communication Centre organised a visit for the editors-in-chief of local newspapers and a group of regional and international media to the Kingdom of Bahrain's pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai, in conjunction with the Bahraini Day activities in the Kingdom’s pavilion.

They took a tour of the Bahraini pavilion, which encapsulates Bahrain for the international eye at the Expo, represents the country’s vision in technologies, sustainability, and innovation, as well capitalises on this global event to highlight the Kingdom of Bahrain as a promising tourism and investment destination full of opportunities.

The media personnel commended the success of the United Arab Emirates in organising Expo 2020 Dubai, stressing that Bahraini participation in the Expo contributes to the cultural and civilizational status of Bahrain.

The National Communication Centre also organised a dinner for a group of journalists from the United Arab Emirates, as well as regional and international media organizations to welcome them on the sidelines of the Bahraini Day.

The National Communication Centre’s CEO, Yousif Albinkhalil, thanked the journalists for attending the Bahraini Day events in the Kingdom of Bahrain’s Pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai. He stressed that all parties have a role in spreading responsible and constructive media messages, which contributes to delivering accurate information in all objectivity and professionalism.

He added "The Kingdom of Bahrain is keen to be present at international forums to showcase its achievements in all areas. The Bahraini Pavilion at Expo 2020 shows the story of Bahrain's uniqueness through the concept and details of the pavilion, the important exhibits, as well as the events associated with it. "

He highlighted the importance of constant and positive communication with media and press personnel.
